Innovative Nutrition’s Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

In addition we are also governed by The Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) which came into affect in BC in 2004. PIPA governs what information we collect from clients, how we use it and share it with others (such as doctors, hospitals, insurers as examples).

We follow the law on:

• How information is collected, stored, protected and destroyed.
• What information we collect and why.
• Who we disclose information to.
• Your access to the information we collect on you.
